Participants learn how to become aware of how they are feeling as they start to revise and plan for their exams. They discover how to recognise performance anxiety and fear of failure, as well as how to manage both the expectation of others and their own high standards.
By the end of the workshop, students will have a useful toolbox of strategies that enable them to develop healthy habits in preparation for the challenges presented by both revision and exams.
The day includes a short interactive parent session, which is designed to equip parents and carers with information on how to support young people through the exam season. This is accompanied by a useful handout.
